We've been relaxing...

And sharing hugs...

Traveled to Jacksonville, FL for hubby to preach a camp meeting. Here he is (far left) with the other ministers and the host pastor (center). We had a wonderful time getting to hear the Word of God 3 times a day and sharing in fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ. We were also able to make some new friends. I love camp meeting.

Gracie all wired up after one of the camp meeting services...

And all tuckered out after another service...

I've been lovin' on my babies...

Took a relaxing trip to the Great Smoky Mountains...stayed in Grandparent's house, so the trip was free!! :)

Had a homeschool awards ceremony with some friends of ours. Don't I have the cutest students??

Been letting the sunshine dry my laundry...

Keeping busy outside...

Working hard to stay cute...

And sweet...

Been swimming....

And getting red...

Watching the cornstalks get taller and taller...Can't wait to taste that sweet corn!!!

A tender green bean needing to be picked...

Waiting for the tomatoes to ripen...

Harvested some red onions...

Tomorrow we celebrate Madison's birthday. She turned 8 years old on June 11, but we've been so busy that we're just now able to have the party. Hopefully I can post some pictures from that over the weekend. We'll be leaving on Monday headed for a town called Paint Lick, Kentucky for hubby to preach another campmeeting. We won't be home until next Saturday. I am so ready to be at home for a while. Too much traveling is not for me. I'm such a homebody!! Good thing God didn't call my husband to be an evangelist!!

I love your pics and update. I've been wondering how your Summer is going. I admit I get pretty stumped on what to blog about sometimes myself. Pictures really are good as a post though.
Okay, I know I've said it before, but our girls could almost be mistaken for sisters (Gracie). I promise I won't point it out again, lol :)
I think I've pointed it out on your blog that our girls do look alike. It's okay if you point it out. They sure are cuties, aren't they?
Hi Nikki!
I got your blog listed on our LOPW blogroll - so great to have you join us! Looking forward to getting to know you.
If you are able, send me an e-mail with your e-mail address, so I can communicate with you somewhere other than on your comments page! I won't publish it anywhere, but I do have occasion to write Pastor's Wives on our list every once in a while.
Thanks so much!

Thanks for your comment on my blog today, Nikki. Along with neglecting my blog has also come falling way behind in reading everyone else's blogs! I just got caught up on yours and I love all the pictures! Your children are so cute, and I don't think I'll ever get over your girls' beautiful hair! We don't, and probably never will, have curls in our house, so I like to enjoy them on other people. :) Especially little girls!
